Originally from New York, Mandy is a master color specialist with over 20 years of experience behind the chair. She graduated from Manhattan Hair Stanley Academy in 2005 and went on to train with Toni & Guy International, where she sharpened her technical skills and developed her approach to color that feels personal, intentional, and alive.

Color is her craft and her obsession. Whether you’re drawn to vivid, or prefer the quiet beauty of natural tones, seamless blondes, lived-in balayage, and soft dimensional highlights — Mandy works across the full spectrum with equal confidence and precision.

Her haircutting philosophy lives in the same spirit. From clean, precision cuts to unconventional shapes that push past the expected — she approaches every haircut as its own creative challenge, designed around your texture, your movement, and what makes you feel most like yourself.

She relocated to Burbank in 2009, built a loyal clientele, and in 2013 opened her own space with a simple goal: a salon that genuinely cares about the people in the chair.

Mandy is a proud vegan and animal rights advocate, and that compassion extends to every corner of her work — including the products on the shelf. Kind Heart Hair exclusively uses R+Co and Schwarzkopf color, chosen for their quality and their alignment with her values.

Ziggy and Lucy, her two long-haired Chihuahuas, are permanent fixtures in the salon. They show up every day ready to do what they do best — bring a sense of calm, warmth, and genuine comfort to everyone who walks through the door. Some clients come for the hair. They stay for the dogs.
